An urban waste water pipe is connected with a waste water buffering groove. Thebuffering groove is internally provided with a grid slag salvaging machine which is connected with a centrifugal water removing machine through conveying. The waste water buffering groove is connectedwith an inlet of the big waste water groove through a waste water pipe and a sewage pump. Stirring devices and a sine ultrasonic shock excitation stirrer are properly arranged in the big waste watergroove. A cone bottom is connected with a roots blower, a bottom valve and a slurry pump through pipelines. The slurry pump is sequentially connected with the horizontal spiral centrifugal machine, aspiral closed air feeder and the reverse flow drying tower. A tail gas pipe is arranged at the upper right portion of the drying tower, and a cosine rubber disc pulse gas explosion device is arrangedat the left lower portion of the drying tower. An ash outlet of the incinerator is sequentially connected with the buffering groove and the granulator.
