The switched reluctance motor forklift comprises an operating system module, a power supply assembly and a control system module. A first switched reluctance motor, a second switched reluctance motor, a third switched reluctance motor and a fork inclination manipulation assembly are fixed on a forklift chassis assembly, wherein the first switched reluctance motor is used for driving the forklift and matched with a speed changer on the forklift chassis assembly; the second switched reluctance motor is used for lifting of a forklift fork assembly; the third switched reluctance motor and the fork inclination manipulator assembly are used for inclination action of the forkliftfork assembly; and the third switched reluctance motor drives the inclination action of the forklift fork assembly through the fork inclination manipulator assembly. The three switched reluctance motors are used for controlling driving of the forklift, lifting action of a forklift fork and the inclination action of the forklift fork, so that the switched reluctance motor forklift is simple in structure; and an engine assembly and a hydraulic system assembly of an existing forklift are omitted, and a pure electric power assembly is adopted, so that the switched reluctance motor forklift has low structure production cost and good environmental-friendly performance.
