A stem-loop structure nucleic acid and mercury ions are bonded and then the later DNA fulcrum-mediated strand displacement reaction is further initiated so that nucleic acid modified with a quenching group is replaced and the fluorescence group-labeled nucleic acid produces fluorescence and thus detection is realized.
