The method comprises the steps of putting the PVC preservative film into asealed container, adding the PVC preservative film and an ethyl alcohol water mixed solution into the ethyl alcohol water mixed solution according to the proportion of 100 to 180mL / dm<2>, and soakingat 20 to 50 DEG C for 5 to 15 minutes, wherein the volume ratio of ethyl alcohol and water in the ethyl alcohol water mixed solution is 40 percent to 90 percent; drying the soaked PVC preservative film for 5 to 30 minutes at 60 DEG C.
