The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing microcapsule wall material hydrosol; 2, preparing a water emulsion of the microcapsule oil core; and 3, preparing the finishing agent microcapsule. The processing and use method comprises the steps of impregnation, dehydration, drying setting and packaging. The microcapsule oil core comprises 10-80 wt% of grape seed oil, 5-50 wt% of ethylhexylglyerin, 5-50 wt% of rhodinol, 0.5-10 wt% of a surfactant and 0.2-10 wt% of other assistants. The grape seed oil and ethylhexylglyerin are coated with a polymer material to prepare a microcapsule water suspension having a slow release function, and the microcapsule is combined with jumpsuit fibers through a post-finishing process to solve the moisturizing, skin-moistening and sterilizing problems of jumpsuits, and the added values of the jumpsuits are improved.
