The making method of the persimmon juice comprises the following making steps of firstly, pretreating the raw materials, making part of the pretreated raw materials into slurry, adding a calcium-containing compound to the persimmon slurry,then performing enzymolysis on the persimmon slurry and the haw slurry, then mixing all of the slurry, then adding the raw materials which are not made into slurry, performing uniform mixing, then performing heating for boiling, finally, performing filtering, performing filling and performing sterilization so that the persimmon juice products are obtained.
