Embodiment 1

[0026] A pretreatment method for strengthening the high-efficiency enzymatic hydrolysis of corncobs and corncob residues, the steps are as follows:

[0027] [1] Slurry preparation: Air-dry and pulverize the corn cob raw material, screen it with a 40-mesh sieve, and put the obtained raw material into a sealed bag for subsequent use;

[0028] [2] Mechanical pretreatment: Weigh a certain absolute dry mass of corncob raw material treated as above, add water to dilute and prepare a raw material suspension with a mass concentration of 4.0%, put it into a grinder, and when the rotating speed is 1000rpm, the raw material is processed. Treat for 5 minutes, then collect the ground corncobs, filter and dehydrate to achieve the purpose of concentration, and store them at low temperature (2-10°C) for subsequent use;

[0029] [3] Enzymatic hydrolysis: Weigh a certain absolute dry mass of corncobs treated as above and put them into the reaction kettle as the substrate for enzymatic hydrolysi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pre-processing method for strengthening corncob and corncob residue efficient enzymatic hydrolysis. The pre-processing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing slurry; (2) conducting mechanical pre-processing; and (3) conducting enzymatic hydrolysis, so as to obtain a hydrolysate, so that the corncob and corncob residue efficient enzymatic hydrolysis is strengthened. The pre-processing method provided by the invention, by processing corncobs and corncob residues by virtue of a mechanical pre-processing way, can reduce physical dimensions of raw materials, reduce a degree of crystallinity and improve the specific surface area and swelling performance of the raw materials, and subsequently, the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis is improved, and a relatively high glucose concentration and relatively high glucose conversion rate are finally guaranteed; with the application of the method, high-value utilization of the corncobs and the corncob residues can be achieved, and meanwhile, input cost of the enzymatic hydrolysis is reduced, the efficiency of the enzymatic hydrolysis is improved and a raw material foundation is provided for subsequent processing and utilization or for production of high-value-added products; therefore, the application field and scope of the corncobs and the corncob residues are expanded.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of combining high-efficiency utilization of biomass resources and agricultural waste, and relates to a method for realizing high-efficiency enzymatic hydrolysis by adopting mechanical pretreatment, especially a pretreatment method for strengthening high-efficiency enzymatic hydrolysis of corncobs and corncob residues . technical background [0002] Biomass enzymatic hydrolysis is a new type of green energy utilization method, that is, by enzymatically hydrolyzing lignocellulosic raw materials and applying fermentable sugars to fermentation processes, organic chemical raw materials such as butanol, acetone and ethanol and biomass can be produced Fuel, which can also be used to produce feed, food and pharmaceuticals, provides a demonstration of the biomass refining process. In most cases, the raw material for enzymatic hydrolysis is screened wood fiber. The input cost of enzymatic hydrolysis is high, which is...
