The environment-friendly polyester resin varnish is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 38 parts of dimethylbenzene anhydride, 36 to 48 parts of phthalic anhydride, 8 to 20 parts of 1,2-propylene glycol, 3 to 12 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1.5 to 3 parts of organic tin catalysts, 60 to 110 parts of propylene-glycol diacetate, 3 to 9 parts of cyclohexanone oxime, 5 to 17 parts of nano-scale titanium dioxide powder and 2 to 7 partsof isothiazolone. According to the environment-friendly polyester resin varnish disclosed by the invention, the problem that xylene is mostly used as a solvent in existing polyester resin varnish so as to cause more contents of organic volatile matters is solved.
