Problems solved by technology

In the process of urban sewage treatment by AnMBR device, COD removal efficiency is generally taken as the main index, and the biodegradation and utilization of refractory substances such as cellulose, lignin, and surfactant in sewage are rarely considered, and the removal of pollutants has not been realized. Sufficient degradation and recovery of sufficient resources

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and examples.

[0030] Such as figure 1 Shown, a kind of sewage anaerobic membrane biological treatment system of the present invention comprises:

[0031] The matrix pool 1 is used to store the matrix to be reacted, and is equipped with a temperature control device; its capacity can be considered comprehensively according to the flow rate and the matrix preparation cycle.

[0032] The dissolution tank 2 is connected in parallel to the water supply pipeline of the matrix tank 1 and the anaerobic digestion and membrane separation tank 3, and is used to further mix and dissolve the matrix containing high particulate matter content to achieve uniform water inflow, and the water outlet pipeline of the dissolution tank 2 A second timer 21 and a second pump 22 are provided.

[0033] Anaerobic digestion and membrane separation tank 3 mainly completes methanogenic di...

Abstract

Wastewater anaerobic membrane biological treatment system and process. The wastewater treatment system is constructed from three parts: a substrate tank, a dissolution tank (unessential), and an anaerobic digestion and membrane separation tank; and an equipment power system is constructed on the basis of three peristaltic pumps and a time control device. An actual operation result shows that whenthe hydraulic retention time (HRT) of the system is set as 8 h, effective removal of COD and SS can be achieved at the same time; in addition, some biodegradable surfactants, celluloses and lignin canbe effectively degraded too. Furthermore, under the operation condition, production quantity of sludge is very low, and more than 86% of COD is converted into methane, yield reaching 0.3 L(CH4) / g(COD). The system can reach high bio-gas productivity under conditions of effectively treating municipal wastewater, wherein the discharged water has the potential of recovering phosphorus or being used as bio-fertilizers after further treatment. The process is a novel wastewater treatment technology which is low-carbon and environment-friendly and can achieve resource recovery.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage anaerobic membrane biological treatment system and process. Background technique [0002] In the past ten years, my country's urban sewage treatment rate has increased rapidly. By the end of 2015, it reached 91.90%, and it is expected to reach 95% in 2020. However, with the growing call for sustainable environmental development, the problems existing in the traditional aerobic treatment-based sewage treatment model have gradually been recognized and paid attention to by all sectors of society. It is true that the aerobic biological treatment process has played a very important role in the treatment of urban domestic sewage and the improvement of the urban water environment in my country in the past period of time, but the disadvantages of conventional aerobic biological treatment are in today's pursuit of low-carbon, environmental protection, and resource recyc...
