The toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of Chondrus ocellatus, 1.0-3.0 parts ofsodium dodecyl sulfate, 28-40 parts of a humectant, 0.2-0.5 parts of a sweetener, 0.3-0.7 parts of a thickening agent, 30-50 parts of an abrasive, 10-25 parts of deionized water, wherein the abrasiveis longan seed powder. The longan seed powder is used as an abrasive of the toothpaste, in order to effectively remove tooth dirt and can avoid phenomenon of gingival bleeding due to friction; a newhaemostasis component is not needed, and production cost of the toothpaste is reduced.
