The primary and secondary unmanned aerial vehicle system includes an unmanned aerial vehicle system, a spectral acquisition system, a navigation and location system, a communicating junction system and a ground data station; the unmanned aerial vehicle system is composed ofa main engine and a plurality of auxiliary engines, the main engine carrying the auxiliary engines is controlled by the navigation and location system to fly, the best flight path and shooting hover point are planned by the ground data station, and ground images and spectra are collected in real time and sent to the ground data station; and image data collected by a multi-spectral camera is received by the ground data station and compared and analyzed with a spectral database to obtain information of crop diseases and pests to classify, the information of the crop diseases and pests is sent tothe corresponding auxiliary engines for treating the corresponding diseases, the auxiliary engines are started and fly according to a previously planned route, and spray pesticides on farmland untilthe whole crop protection operation is completed.
