Abstract

The invention relates to application of di-indole compound (4ae) in preparing an anti-inflammation drug. A structural formula of the di-indole compound is shown as follows: (shown in the description).An inflammatory cell fluorescence labeled transgenic zebra fish is used for performing in-vivo pharmacodynamics experiment, and the compound is first discovered to have the activity for high efficiently inhibiting the migration of the inflammatory cell. A vascular dementia mice model is further utilized to discover that the compound can significantly improve the learning memory of the dementia mice, improve the pathologic change of the mice brain tissues and reflect higher anti-inflammation and antioxidant activity. In addition, the compound also has the activity for inhibiting acetylcholin esterase. The compound can be used for inflammatory related diseases and particularly has potential treatment advantage for the vascular dementia.
