Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of environment protection and discloses a polysulfone composite nanofiltration membrane for sewage treatment and a preparation method of the polysulfone composite nanofiltration membrane. The polysulfone composite nanofiltration membrane comprises a hydrophilic polysulfone base membrane and a composite layer, wherein the base membrane is covered by thecomposite layer. A preparation method of the hydrophilic polysulfone base membrane comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing ethanol with deionized water, and uniformly mixing with citric acid and polyvinyl alcohol so as to obtain a hydrophilic agent; (2) soaking the hydrophilic polysulfone base membrane into a hydrophilc agent till the polysulfone base membrane is transparent so as to obtain a middle membrane 1; (3) performing thermal treatment on the middle membrane 1 in an oven so as to obtain a middle membrane 2; and (4) soaking the middle membrane 2 in deionized water, and drying in the oven, thereby obtaining the hydrophilic polysulfone base membrane. The polysulfone composite nanofiltration membrane disclosed by the invention has a relatively high retention rate and a water flux as well.
