The method comprises the steps of loading; impressing; overlaying saggers: using an overlaying robot forclamping impressed saggers and overlaying; sintering at high temperature; dividing the saggers: conveying the saggers loaded with sintering finished product materials to a dividing robot station, dividing multiple layers of the saggers into a single layer sequence through a dividing robot, and conveying to a pouring platform; pouring: clamping the saggers through a clamping tool on the tail end ofa pouring robot, moving to a pouring station, and pouring the finished product materials in the saggers into a collecting container through the turnover movement of the clamping tool in the tail endof the pouring robot; sweeping the saggers: moving the empty saggers subjected to pouring to a sagger sweeping station, and using a multi-degree-of-freedom robot for sweeping the saggers; arraying thesaggers, then entering the loading step, and repeating S1 work. The whole line full-automatic production based on the robots has high production efficiency.
