Abstract

The invention discloses a novel photovoltaic material, and the material comprises transparent glass, a second transparent conductive substrate, an electrolyte, a dye sensitizer, a porous nanometer nano-TiO2 film, and a first transparent conductive substrate. The inner layer of the transparent glass is provided with the first transparent conductive substrate, and the inner layer of the first transparent conductive substrate is provided with the porous nanometer nano-TiO2 film. The inner layer of the porous nanometer nano-TiO2 film is provided with the dye sensitizer, and the inner layer of thedye sensitizer is provided with the electrolyte. The inner layer of the electrolyte is provided with the second transparent conductive substrate, thereby improving the utilization rate of the sunlightand the energy conversion efficiency. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the novel photovoltaic material, and the method comprises the steps: photovoltaic material testing, front welding, back series connection, lamination laying, assembly laminating, trimming deflashing, framing, junction box welding, high-pressure testing, and assembly testing. The method can achieve the assembly and preparation of the novel photovoltaic material in a systematic and complete manner. The method is simpler, and brings convenience to a worker for operation.
