According to the nematicidal composition, effective active components comprise the (E)-2-(ethylthio)-5-(4-fluorostyryl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole and the dinotefuran; the weight ratio of the first effective active component to the second effective active component ranges from (1 to 20) to (20 to 1), preferably from (1 to 10) to (20 to 1), further preferably from (1 to 1) to (10 to 1), more preferably from (2.5 to 1) to (10 to1); the nematicidal composition has an excellent synergistic prevention effect. The composition provided by the invention can be prepared into agriculturally acceptable preparations including granules, a suspending agent, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, wettable powder and the like.
