The modified vegetable oil is obtained by modifying conventional vegetable oil. The emulsifier is an oil-in-water type emulsifier. The method includes weighing the components according to a formula ratio, mixing the oil phase including the modified vegetable oil, the fatty acids and the emulsifier, heating the oil phase to melt the oil phase until a liquid state, mixing the water phase including the waterand the defoamer, heating the water phase until the temperature of the water phase is same as the temperature of the oil phase, and subjecting the two phases to mixing, shearing and uniform emulsification in a kettle. The releasing agent can form a dense plant wax anti-sticking coating on a paper surface.
