Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in actual use, the amount of rubber in concrete should not exceed 5%, otherwise it will seriously affect the strength of concrete; since zinc stearate, which is used as a vulcanization activator and softener in rubber, is a hydrophobic material, rubber and cement mortar The adhesion of the concrete is greatly reduced; the incorporation of rubber increases the defects inside the concrete, and the dust and impurities on the surface of the rubber magnify the defects. Although the direct incorporation of rubber particles can enhance the toughness of concrete, the strength is reduced too much. The reason is mainly due to the lack of bonding ability between rubber particles and cement and aggregates, resulting in some holes, and the compactness of the entire concrete product is reduced.

Embodiment Construction

[0017]The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments. The illustrative embodiments and description of the present invention are used to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0018]The preparation process of modified rubber particles for rubber concrete in this embodiment includes the following steps:

[0019]Step 1: Add sodium hydroxide powder to water to obtain a sodium hydroxide solution with a mass fraction of 1-10%, preferably 3%, for use;

[0020]Step 2: Rinse the rubber particles with clean water to remove surface dust, and put the cleaned rubber particles into the sodium hydroxide solution prepared in step 1 and soak for 45 minutes;

[0021]Step 3. Take out the rubber granules after soaking in step 2, and rinse with clean water to PH=7 to obtain improved rubber granules. The entire washing process does not exceed 15 minutes.

[0022]The modified rubber particles prepared in the above examples are...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation technology of modified rubber particles used for a rubber concrete. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: adding water in sodium hydroxide powder to obtain a sodium hydroxide solution with mass fraction being 1-10%; flushing the rubber particles with clear water to remove the dust on surface, and placing the cleaned rubber particles in thesodium hydroxide solution for immersion for 45 min; taking the rubber particles after immersion, and flushing the rubber particles with the clear water until a pH valve is 7 to obtain the improved rubber particles. Compared with the prior art, the sodium hydroxide is used for pre-treating the rubber particles, zinc stearate on the rubber surface is eliminated, the rubber surface has cavity, compared with unprocessed rubber, the relatively rough and porous surface id formed, the rubber is changed from a hydrophobic material to a hydrophilic material, the cement and aggregate are the hydrophilicmaterial, rubber modification enhances the bonding effect of the rubber particle with the cement and the aggregate, and is favorable to intensity of the whole concrete.

Description

Technical field[0001]The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives, in particular to a preparation process of modified rubber particles for rubber concrete.Background technique[0002]At present, the annual output of waste rubber in the world is about 20 million tons, and the annual output of waste rubber in my country is estimated to have reached 1.5 million tons. Researchers at home and abroad have set their sights on waste rubber modified cement concrete. Cement concrete is the most used building material, but the high brittleness, low strain capacity and early shrinkage of concrete restrict the application of cement concrete in many specific places. Reasonable recycling and utilization of these waste rubbers are of great significance. Using waste rubber particles as aggregates for cement concrete materials is a resource-saving and environment-friendly way of utilization.[0003]Adding rubber powder or rubber particles to cement concrete can significantly reduce ...
