Abstract

The invention discloses a low-melting-point spandex slice which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-55 parts of side-methyl-containing polyester diols with the molecular weight of 2000-3000; 15-45 parts of polyether diols with the molecular weight of 1000-2000; 15-45 parts of diisocyanate; 5-15 parts of a chain extender, wherein the chain extender is dihydric alcohol withthe molecular weight of 80-140; 0.1-1.0 part of an antioxidant; 0.1-1.0 part of a lubricant; and a catalyst, wherein the weight of the catalyst accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the total weight of the otherraw materials. According to the invention, the molecular weight and the type of the polyester polyol are controlled and the aggregation state structure of the soft segment phase is controlled, so thatthe melting point of the spandex slice is controlled; and the high resilience of the spandex slice is controlled by controlling the type of the chain extender and adjusting the aggregation state structure of the hard segment phase. Under the comprehensive action of the raw material substances, the DSC melting point of the prepared spandex slice is reduced to be less than 130 DEG C, so that the spandex yarns prepared by using the spandex slices can be subjected to heat shaping at a low temperature, and the the spandex yarns can be blended and woven with other heat-sensitive fibers such as nylon, real silk, wool, polypropylene fiber, rayon, poly(trimethylene terephthalate) fibers to prepare high-grade clothing and the like.
