The device comprises a zooming arc-shaped mixing chamber, a diffusion chamber, a steam-water mixing reinforcement chamber, a plurality of condensed water ejection type inlets and at least two steam inlets, wherein one end face of the zooming arc-shaped mixing chamber is connected with one end face of the steam-water mixing reinforcement chamber in a coaxial way, and the other end face of the steam-water mixing reinforcement chamber is connected with the diffusion chamber in a coaxial way; the plurality of condensed water ejection type inlets are connected with the other end face of the zooming arc-shaped mixing chamber; the pipe wall of the throat part of the zooming arc-shaped mixing chamber is connected with the at least two steam inlets.
