specific Embodiment approach 1

[0020] Specific embodiment one: the preparation method of fly ash adsorptive slope protection material of this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0021] 1. Ingredients: Take cement, sand and water according to the ratio of cement: sand: water mass ratio of 1:3:0.5;

[0022] 2. Stirring: Put cement and sand into the mixer for mixing and stirring, then add water for full stirring to obtain mortar;

[0023] 3. Molding: Immediately after the plastic sand is prepared, it is formed immediately. The empty mold and the mold sleeve are fixed on the vibrating table. The plastic sand is put into the test mold in two layers. Smooth the surface of the test body, and then apply a layer of fly ash to smooth it;

[0024] 4. Curing: Put the test mold in a standard curing box for curing. The temperature of the curing box is kept at 20°C±1°C, and the relative humidity is not lower than 90%. After 24 hours, the mold is demoulded, and the sample after demoulding is plac...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0025] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the sand described in step 1 is river sand, and the river sand is sieved after natural drying. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0026] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 or 2 is that the fly ash described in Step 3 is dried and then sieved. Others are the same as in the first or second embodiment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a coal-ash adsorptive slope-protection material, belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to a slope-protection material anda preparation method of the slope-protection material. The invention aims at solving the technical problem that the existing riverway slope-protection material only meets the requirement of riverwaystability. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out proportioning; 2, carrying out stirring; 3, carrying out forming; and 4, carrying out curing to obtain the slope protection material. When the coal-ash adsorptive slope-protection material is applied to a river bank buffer zone as the slope-protection material, on one hand, the coal-ash adsorptive slope-protection material can exert a slope protection function and prevent water and soil loss, and on the other hand, the coal-ash adsorptive slope-protection material can adsorb non-point source pollutants. In addition the desorbed pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like can also be absorbed and utilized by plants, and the regeneration of the adsorbed materials is realized. The phosphorus removal rate of the coal-ash adsorptive slope-protection material provided by the invention is 61-66%, and the removal rate of the cadmium ions is 28-32%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and in particular relates to a slope protection material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Non-point source pollution has become a major problem in governance due to the dispersion of pollutants, wide-area and complex causes of pollution. In recent years, in the process of agricultural production, a large number of chemical fertilizers and pesticides have been used, and these substances have entered the water body through surface runoff or infiltration, which has aggravated water pollution, making agricultural non-point source pollution the most important non-point source pollution. [0003] Treatment technologies for non-point source pollution at home and abroad mainly include stabilizing ponds, constructed wetlands, buffer zones, etc. Research practices have shown that the establishment of coastal buffer zones on the edge of rivers can effectively prevent non-poin...
