The microwave casting method comprises the following steps of powdering a microwave absorption heating material; mixing the powdered microwave absorption heating material with a main material to form a mixed material; placing the mixed material into a cavity of a sand mold; adopting microwaves with various frequencies to heat the mixed material,and heating the mixed material by means of the microwave absorption heating material to ensure that the mixed material is molten or partially molten and the cavity is filled with the mixed material; and then, performing cooling crystallization to form a product. According to the microwave casting method, steps of the casting process are reduced, so that bubbles, cracks and other defects in a casting process can be avoided. In a microwave heating process, microwave energy is absorbed by the material itself and converted into kinetic energy and potential energy of internal particles, so that integral uniform heating is realized, a temperature gradient does not exist inside, and such defects as internal stress of the product can be reduced. The microwave casting method utilizes the microwavesfor heating, so that the heating time is shortened, the heating effect is improved, and defects of a traditional casting method can be avoided.
