The invention discloses a method for preparing activated carbon from the kernel of common macrocarpium fruit serving as a raw material, which comprises the following steps of: stirring by using an intermittent tank reactor which is treated by an anti-corrosion material to fully knead the pretreated raw material and an active agent, and carbonizing and activating at a certain temperature to obtain an activated material; and recovering the active agent, rinsing, dehydrating, drying and the like to obtain finished activated carbon. The kernel of the common macrocarpium fruit is forest product waste which is not utilized at present, so that the problem of multi-layer composite utilization of the forest product common macrocarpium fruit is solved, the production cost of the activated carbon is greatly reduced; meanwhile, a new resource capable of producing the activated carbon with high adsorption property is found for the activated carbon industry.

Method for producing semisweet or sweet yellow wine

The invention provides a process for producing semisweet or sweet yellow wine with short production period, high production efficiency, stable quality and unique flavor. The production process can conveniently and alternately generate semisweet and sweet yellow wine as required. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) glutinous rice impregnation; 2) rice steaming; 3) tank filling: filling steamed glutinous rice and purebred raw wheat yeast in an amount which is 5 to 15 percent of the weight of the glutinous rice, block yeast in an amount which is 4 to 5 percent of the weight of the glutinous rice, rice wine in an amount which is 50 to 200 percent of the weight of the glutinous rice and yeast wine in an amount which is 10 to 20 percent of the weight of the glutinous rice into a tank, and starting fermentation at the temperature of between 28 and 30 DEG C; 4) pre-fermentation: raking the materials for the first time in 13 to 16 hours of fermentation, and controlling the fermentation temperature to be below 36 DEG C; 5) wine adding sizing: fermenting for 24 hours, adding the rice wine in an amount which is 300 to 1,300 percent of the weight of the glutinous rice, and stirring uniformly; and 6) post fermentation.

Low-cost SCR denitration catalyst and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-cost SCR denitration catalyst. The preparation method comprises the steps that titanium slag is pretreated through alkali liquor, precursors of V2O5, WO3, SnO2 and CuO are all dissolved in a same solution, the pretreated titanium slag is added into the solution, all the active components are made to be evenly distributed on a catalyst carrier under the supergravity condition, and therefore the catalyst has the higher reaction activity and stability; silicon dioxide in the titanium slag can be removed by pretreating the titanium slag through the alkali liquor, then the specific surface area of the catalyst is increased, and therefore the dispersity of all the active components in the catalyst is further improved. According to the low-cost SCR denitration catalyst and the preparation method thereof, the excellent denitration effect is achieved, the V2O5 content is greatly decreased while the production cost of the denitration catalyst is reduced, and therefore harm of the deactivated catalyst to the environment is reduced.
