Embodiment Construction

[0020] The invention will be described in detail with reference to various embodiments. General methods for extracting and characterizing molecular clones include 1) obtaining molecular clones from microorganisms such as E. Amount of DNA, and 4) Analysis of the amplified DNA by Sanger sequencing. In contrast, the method of the present disclosure enables the rapid acquisition of information on the sequence of molecular clones and Retrieve molecular clones. These advantages are attributed to the non-contact extraction of molecular clones and the characteristics of next-generation sequencing. The present disclosure utilizes the characterized methods of molecular cloning to enable gene synthesis at least 10-fold less expensive than conventional methods.

[0021] Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will f...

Abstract

Provided is a molecular clone extracting and verifying method which comprises the steps of: providing a substrate on which molecular clones are formed; applying energy in a contactless manner to desired molecular clones from among the molecular clones and extracting the desired molecular clones from the substrate; chemically linking DNA barcodes and base sequences of the extracted molecular clones; and analyzing the base sequences, to which the DNA barcodes have been linked, through a parallel sequencing analysis technique.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to methods of extracting and characterizing molecular clones. Background technique [0002] Antibodies are glycoproteins produced by antigens (eg, viruses and bacteria) that stimulate an immune response in vivo, which specifically bind the antigen to induce extracellular stimulation. Antibodies bind to specific proteins with high selectivity. For this reason, antibodies have high utility in the fields of biology, biotechnology, and medicine, ranging from basic research related to labeling / observation of target proteins to medical applications related to the regulation of abnormal protein activity in patients. In particular, the use of antibodies as next-generation new drug platforms such as antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and chimeric antigen receptor-T cell (CART) therapeutics has been increasing in recent new drug development. [0003] In general, the usefulness of antibodies depends on their ability and specificity t...
