Embodiment

[0035] (1) The role of mannose in the inhibition of Salmonella by galactomannan and galactomannan oligosaccharide

[0036] Many Salmonella and other gut microbes can not only adhere to the gut, but also aggregate guinea pig red blood cells or mannan-containing yeast cells. Itzhak Ofek believed that the aggregation mechanism of intestinal microbes and yeast cells with type I fimbriae is well correlated with the adhesion mechanism to intestinal cells (Itzhak Ofek et al, 1978). Using yeast cells to replace intestinal cells as an adhesion medium has the advantages of simple culture and rapid detection, and can be used for the identification of pili of intestinal microorganisms and the in vitro evaluation of adhesion inhibitors (Roger et al, 2012; Oyofo B.A. et al. , 1989; David et al, 1980). The measurement principle is that yeast cells have a structure similar to that of intestinal cells and can agglutinate with Salmonella. The condensed Salmonella and yeast cells produced sedi...

Abstract

The invention provides an enzymatic-degradation galactomannan product as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of extracting galactomannan from ceratonia siliqua gum, and performing part degradation on the galactomannan with an enzyme, wherein the enzyme is beta-mannase. The enzymatic-degradation galactomannan product obtained bythe preparation method is a mixture of the galactomannan, galacto-mannan-oligosaccharides, and mannose. The enzymatic-degradation galactomannan product prepared by the preparation method is applied to raising of broilers, and can replace antibiotics, so that the apparent digestibility of nutrients of a feed is improved, and the growing performance of animals is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of feed additives, and in particular relates to an enzyme-degraded galactomannan product and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] In 1946, Moore et al. first reported the growth-promoting effect of antibiotics. Adding penicillin to feed can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry. Since then, antibiotics have been widely used in animal feeding to improve livestock and poultry production performance and feed utilization. In recent years, due to bacterial resistance caused by antibiotics, drug resistance genes can be transferred to humans through animals, posing potential threats to human health. Different countries and regions have begun to restrict the use of antibiotics. Sweden took the lead in banning antibacterial growth promoters in 1986, and the European Union banned all antibiotics as growth promoters in 2006. In 2016, my country banned the use of colis...
