Order of the second order trans-resistance amplifier disclosed by the invention is increased, and a rolloff factor of filtering is increased compared with the previous first order trans-resistance amplifier; by virtue of a frequency spectrum shifting characteristic of a passive mixer,a frequency selection characteristic of a radio frequency front end is improved; and the trans-resistance amplifier has second order impedance characteristic and can reduce order pressure of a backward stage filter, so that power dissipation of the backward stage filter is reduced.
