Abstract

The invention discloses a sewage regeneration cycle treatment method and a system thereof. The system comprises a treatment unit for oil containing wastewater and a treatment unit for other industrialwastewater which are mutually contacted. The sewage regeneration cycle treatment method comprises the steps: adding a treating agent into wastewater, boiling and evaporating moisture in the wastewater through high temperature, performing filtering, flow dividing and cooling treatment on water vapor and collecting and utilizing waste oil which is left after dewatering. By means of the sewage regeneration cycle treatment method and the system thereof, oil containing wastewater and other industrial wastewater can be effectively treated, and water quality can reach IV water quality stated in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB3838-2002). Water and oil in the oil containing wastewater can be effectively separated, waste is turned into wealth, and the separated waste oil can beutilized again; a treatment scale is larger; no new pollution sources is generated when the wastewater is treated; waste oil steam and other impurities generated in treatment can service fuel of a heating furnace to be used; meanwhile, the system has a high heat utilization efficiency, and energy consumption cost for treating every ton of wastewater is only 20 yuan.
