The preparation method of the selenium-enriched foliage fertilizer comprises the steps of feeding selenium-enriched earthworms, cleaning and treating the selenium-enriched earthworms, preparing selenium-enriched earthworm mixed liquid, preparing tea powder and preparing the selenium-enriched foliage fertilizer. The advantages of high inorganic selenium biological conversion efficiency of the earthworms as well as protein and amino acid enriched in the earthworms, and the characteristic of performing enzymolysis on the protein in the earthworms into amino acid under the condition of not intervening exogenous enzyme are completely utilized, and the foliage fertilizer is sprayed on leaves of a tea tree, so that the organic selenium content and the amino acid content of the tea can be improved. The operation technology is simple and conveniently, intervention of the exogenous enzyme is avoided, and any inorganic or organic solvents are not doped.
