The system comprises a GPS (global positioning system) receiver, multiple vehicle sensors, a model prediction unit and a control unit, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the integration of the vehicle position and speed obtained by the GPS receiver as well as the speedometer and angle data obtained by the vehicle sensor so as to obtain the real-time accurate position of a vehicle when the GPS receiver has position data output; when the GPS receiver does not have position data output, a dead reckoning position error predicting model, which is constructed through a neural network, is utilized to correct a vehicle dead reckoning position so as to obtain the current real-time accurate position of the vehicle. Multiple data are integrated through a Kalman filtering model, not only are the real-time performance and accuracy of a filter guaranteed, but also excessive calculated amount is unlikely to increase.
