The voice transmission system comprises a second-stage audio amplification circuit, a first level conversion circuit, a first-stage V-F conversion circuit, an amplitude modulation circuit, a channel, a PD receiving circuit, a second-stage signal amplification circuit, a first-stage F-V conversion circuit and a first-stageaudio amplification circuit. According to the voice transmission system based on visible light provided by the invention, at a sending end, an audio signal is finally converted into a square wave signal through the second-stage audio amplification circuit, the first level conversion circuit, the first-stage V-F conversion circuit and the amplitude modulation circuit, and light modulation is performed by using an LED lamp; and at a receiving end, the visible light wave is demodulated into the square wave signal via the PD receiving circuit, the second-stage signal amplification circuit, the first-stage F-V conversion circuit and the first-stage audio amplification circuit, and the square wave signal is converted and amplified into the level capable of propelling an earphone or a horn, thereby restoring an audio magic signal on the horn.
