Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation technology of an oil pipe for a diesel engine. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: (1) putting 20 to 90 percent of pig iron, 2 to 16 percentof waste steel and 3 to 23 percent of foundry returns into an intermediate frequency furnace and smelting; raising the temperature to 1100 to 1650 DEG C; (2) standing for 12min at the temperature of1260 to 1820 DEG C; carrying out spheroidization treatment and first-time inoculation in a dam type spheroidized bag at 1126 to 1630 DEG C; controlling the content of a spheroidization agent to be 3 to 6 percent of the weight of molten iron and controlling the content of a first-time inoculation agent to be 1 to 1.8 percent of the total weight of the molten iron; (3) carrying out stream second-time inoculation when the molten iron flows out, wherein the amount of a second-time inoculation agent is 1 to 2 percent of the total weight of the molten iron; and (4) pouring the molten iron into a pouring cup filled with an instantaneous inoculation agent and carrying out third-time inoculation.
