Abstract

The graphene composite material is made of the following raw materials: flake graphite powder, H2SO4,NaNO3, KMnO4, H2O2, HCl, CoCl2.6H2O, Co(OH)2 , MoS2, CO(NH2)2 and deionized water. The method comprises the following steps: a graphene suspension liquid is prepared, CoCl2.6H2O is dissolved in the graphene suspension liquid, the graphene suspension liquid is stirred for 15 to 25 minutes, and a secondary mixture liquid is obtained; Co(OH)2, MoS2 and CO(NH2)2 are added to the secondary mixture liquid which is then stirred for 15 to 25 minutes to obtain a third mixture liquid, and the third mixture liquid is poured into a stainless steel reaction vessel under a pressure condition of 20 MPa to 25 MPa and a temperature condition of 25 to 35 DEG C.
