Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane synthetic leather and in particular relates to spandex ultra-soft protein leather for an earphone case and a preparation method thereof. The ultra-soft protein leather comprises wet-process bass and a dry-process veneer stuck on the wet-process bass, wherein the wet-process bass is prepared by coating a base fabric with wet-process paste; the wet-process paste is prepared from the following raw materials: N,N-dimethylformamide, color paste, a foam adjusting auxiliary agent, filler, a waterproof auxiliary agent and wet-process ultra-soft polyurethane resin. The dry-process veneer is prepared by coating release paper with a dry-process paste surface material and a dry-process paste bottom material, wherein the dry-process paste comprises the surface material and the bottom material; the surface material is prepared from a solvent, a color sheet and dry-process veneer polyurethane resin; the bottom material is prepared from thesolvent, the color sheet and the dry-process veneer polyurethane resin. The wet-process bass prepared by the invention has relatively large and uniform pore density, a stronger sponge feeling and goodair permeability; a spandex bottom fabric is compounded so that a prepared product has good wear-resisting and mildewing-resisting performance; when the product is processed into the earphone case, the touch feeling is comfortable.
