Abstract

The invention relates to an enrichment purification process for the effective part of rhus chinensis, and belongs to the field of purification of effective parts of traditional Chinese medicines. A preparation method of the total phenolic acid part of rhus chinensis comprises the following steps: (1) extraction: extracting a rhus chinensis powder with 50-70% ethanol, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure till no ethanol smell to obtain a total phenolic acid solution of rhus chinensis; and (2) macroporous resin purification: adsorbing the total phenolic acid solutionof rhus chinensis with macroporous resin, washing with water to remove impurities, and eluting with a 50-90% ethanol solution to obtain a total phenolic acid of rhus chinensis. The method can improvethe total phenolic acid yield of the rhus chinensis, and provides a reasonable, economic and simple purification production process for industrialized production of the total phenolic acid of rhus chinensis.
