Abstract

The invention discloses a composite biological active material used for maxillofacial defect repair and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: putting a polyether-ether-ketone film into an acetone solution to heat and reflow for 12 hours, continuously stirring, sequentially taking out, ultrasonically cleaning for 30 minutes by using acetone, water and 75% alcohol to obtain an intermediate product A; dissolving collagen into a 0.1-1% acetic acid solution to prepare a 0.1-3% collagen solution, performing dialysis in a PBS buffer solution until the solution is neutral, thereby obtaining an intermediate product B; adding decalcified human dental matrix particles into the intermediate product B to uniformly stir, thereby obtaining an intermediate product C; putting the intermediate product A into the intermediate product C to cross-link and freeze-dry. The composite material avoids the defect that mechanical dynamic property of DTM and collagen is poor, haselastic modulus and tensile strength which are close to those of a bone tissue, and has good bone induction effect.
