When seawater passes through the device, the plant model is used for reducing wave energy through turbulent fluctuation in a flow direction and a vertical direction respectively, so as to realize the effect of wave dissipation and shore protection.A root, stem and leaf structure of the plant model can be used for generating inner crown laminar flow to promote the diffusion of nutrients of a water body and also can be used for enhancing the exchange of an offshore water body to ensure the stability of an offshore ecological system.
