Abstract

Experiments show that the Tongguan capsule has good treatment and alleviation effects, such as alleviating ventricular hypertrophy, enhancing the cardiac systolic function, postponing ventricular remodeling, and treating and reducing hypertensive heart failure, and the treatment effects are better than those of metoprolol; and moreover, the Tongguan capsule achieves little drug flavor, definite and reliable curative effects, clearly specified effective components, and few adverse effects, and can remarkably improve the prognosis and the survival quality of apatient.
