Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the in-vivo direct acting component in a periploca forrestii schltr medicinal material. An UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS (Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Time Of Flight-Mass Spectrometry) technology is adopted; a serum fingerprint chromatogram and a blank rat serum fingerprint chromatogram are compared after a periploca forrestii schltr extractive and a rat oral periploca forrestii schltr extractive; the migration component in rat blood after the oral periploca forrestii schltr extractive is determined; the in-vivo direct acting componentin the periploca forrestii schltr medicinal material is definite; and thus, reference is provided for effect material basis that periploca forrestii schltr plays a pharmacological role and quality control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of drug analysis, in particular to a method for detecting components directly acting in vivo in the medicinal material of Teng japonica. technical background [0002] The composition of traditional Chinese medicine is complex, and oral administration is the main method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Modern research has proved that after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, only the components absorbed into the blood (that is, migration components, including original components, metabolites and stress components produced by the body) , distributed to various tissues, organs or targets along with the systemic circulatory system, and the curative effect can only be produced when a certain blood concentration is reached. Therefore, through oral administration, the components that actually enter the blood may be the material basis of direct action in the body of traditional Chinese medicine. Onl...
