Sludge precipitated in a primary precipitation pool and an inclined pipe precipitation pool as well as biogas residues generated by an anaerobic tank flow into a sludge concentration pool through a sludge pipe, and the sludge in the sludgeconcentration pool is digested and concentrated, then is conveyed into a plate-and-frame filter press through a sludge pump and is pressed and filtered into a mud cake for outward transportation and treatment; the water content of the sludge can be concentrated from 99 percent to 80 percent or below, so that the volume of the sludge is greatly reduced and outward transportation of the sludge is facilitated; and the characteristics of cleaning the sludge in the primary pool, the inclined pipe precipitation pool and the biogas residues of the anaerobic tank conveniently and performing compression treatment on the sludge through filtering and dehydration to reduce the volume of the sludge and facilitate outward transportation are achieved.
