Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of waste biomass recycling and biochar technology, and discloses a grading carbonization system and method for livestock manure. A drying furnace, a low-temperaturecarbonization furnace and a high-temperature carbonization furnace are used for drying and pyrolysis carbonization of the livestock manure, and the drying furnace, the low-temperature carbonization furnace and the high-temperature carbonization furnace are all jacketed furnaces. The pyrolysis gas generated by the high-temperature carbonization furnace is burned by a burner to supply heat to the high-temperature carbonization furnace, and heat is supplied to the low-temperature carbonization furnace and the drying furnace by the waste heat of gas exhausted by a jacket of the high-temperature carbonization furnace. The livestock manure char produced by the high-temperature carbonization furnace is cooled by a heat exchange cooler and then delivered to a livestock manure char storage tank forstorage, and the hot air passing through the heat exchange cooler is delivered to the burner by a draught fan and mixed with the pyrolysis gas for combustion. The system improves the calorific valueof the pyrolysis gas by grading carbonization. Carbonization equipment is heated by using the heat energy generated by the combustion of the pyrolysis gas, so that waste biomass resources are recycled, and the economic benefits are obvious.
