The method comprises the processes of steel blank heating, dephosphorization, rollingand cooling, wherein the heating process is carried out in a two-section heating manner. The method is simple and convenient to operate; raw materials, fuel and auxiliaries are common objects. The method is a novel technology for producing the simple pickling wire rod for the hoisting rod of the washing machine. The method is applicable to hot-rolled circular wire rod being not greater than 10 mmin diameter; the surface oxide scale structure and component of the wire rod are controlled, and thus the surface oxide scale can be conveniently removed under a pickling or mechanical dephosphorization condition. The method is proper in heating temperature, reasonable in cooling after rolling, efficient in production, and high in value of practicability and popularization.
