Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of building gypsum preparation, and particularly relates to blast furnace flue gas desulfurization building gypsum and a preparation method thereof. The technical problems that a gypsum building block prepared from existing flue gas desulfurization building gypsum is low in strength and high in water absorption rate are solved. The invention provides the flue gas desulfurization building gypsum. The flue gas desulfurization building gypsum is prepared from blast furnace flue gas desulfurization gypsum, common silicate cement, xigeda soil and lime inthe weight ratio of 1:(0.1-0.15):0.2:0.2. The invention further provides a preparation method of a building block. The preparation method includes the steps that the raw materials are ground into powder, water is added, the materials are mixed and stirred, the mixture is poured into a mold and naturally maintained after mold forming, and the flue gas desulfurization building gypsum is obtained. The strength of the building block prepared from the blast furnace flue gas desulfurization building gypsum is improved, and the water absorption rate is reduced. According to the blast furnace flue gas desulfurization building gypsum, fly ash is replaced with the xigeda soil, and the cost is greatly reduced.
