Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present invention will be further explained below through specific embodiments and drawings.

[0041] The invention develops a laser-induced fluorescence vegetable oil-doped strong tea water identification method, which organically combines DE-GWO-MSVC with laser-induced fluorescence technology, and uses portable fluorescence spectrometer equipment to collect the fluorescence spectrum data of oil samples to form different kinds of oil First, use the Moving-Average method to denoise the original spectral data to eliminate the influence of the noise data on the experimental results. Use the Kennard-Stone method to divide the training set and the test set, and then use DE-GWO Model training and parameter optimization of MSVC are performed on the training set, and finally the test set is used for model classification result testing and performance verification.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for identifying vegetable oil with doped strong tea by using laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps that (1), a laser induced fluorescence spectrograph is adopted to obtain an original fluorescence spectrogram of an oil sample; (2), a moving average method is adopted to perform noise elimination on original fluorescence spectrum data; (3), a Kennard-Stone dividing method is adopted to divide the fluorescence spectrum data into a training set and a test set; (4) a DE-GWO algorithm is used for optimizing an optimal penalty coefficient c and kernel function parameter g of an MSVC training model; (5) the spectrum data on the test set is used as input of the model to identify different types of oil samples. The methodfor identifying the vegetable oil with the doped strong tea by using the laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy has the advantages that the DE-GWO is adopted in combination with MSVC to be used for classification and identification of the vegetable oil with the doped strong tea by using the laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy, the classification accuracy rate and practical application value are high, the generalization ability is high, and the method is very suitable for real-time accurate detection and promotion of adulterated vegetable oil.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food safety detection, in particular to a laser-induced fluorescent vegetable oil-doped strong tea water identification method. Background technique [0002] Fat is one of the seven major nutrients in the human body. Different types of edible oil have different health effects on human health. The edible oil used at home is mostly vegetable oil. Vegetable oil is a necessary source of human fatty acids. Compared with other animal fats, Vegetable oil is healthier. In order to make huge profits, some unscrupulous businessmen pretended to be pure vegetable oil by mixing vegetable oil with strong tea water. [0003] At present, the commonly used vegetable oil detection methods are mainly gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, etc. for quantitative analysis experiments, but these detection methods not only require large-scale experimental equipment and expensive, but also require professional staff to perform a series of co...
