Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrogenation reactor, which comprises a cylinder, a silicon powder blanking pipe and a filter element assembly. The cylinder is vertically disposed, and the lower part and the top part of the cylinder are respectively provided with an intake pipe and an exhaust port. A lower compartment and an upper compartment which are in communication with each other are restricted inthe cylinder, and the upper compartment is communicated with the exhaust port.
