Abstract

The invention discloses a wearable device for collecting surface electromotive force based on a distance segment weighting algorithm and a method. When a user wears the device, dry electrodes distributed on a vest collect the electric potential of the body surface of the user, which is connected to an analog front end and sent to a data collection system. The data acquisition system is connected with a PC terminal. Some of the signals received by dry electrodes are used as electrocardiogram signals to synthesize an electrocardiogram. If the corresponding leading signal is good, the leading signal is adopted directly. If the corresponding leading signal is not good, four different multi-lead algorithms are used to obtain the corresponding electrocardiogram. Based on the similarity, a distance segment weighting algorithm is used to select the one most capable of representing the electrocardiogram of the user from the four algorithms. Based on the resulting electrocardiogram, a patient'shealth can be analyzed and the location of the lesion can be determined according to the body surface potential mapping (BSPM) to guide the follow-up treatment.
