Abstract

The invention discloses a PC/ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) composite material with faint scent smell and an imitated flocking effect and a preparation method thereof. The PC/ABS composite material is mainly composed of 10-20 parts of a modified green tea powder functional master batch, 0-40 parts of ABS resins, 38-83 parts of PC resins, 5-10 parts of a compatilizer and 2-5 parts of an antioxidant and other additives. By performing surface passivation modification on natural green tea powder, the compatibility of the green tea powder and the PC/ABS resins is effectively improved, so that the prepared PC/ABS composite material has excellent mechanical property. Meanwhile, since the green tea powder has faint scent smell of the natural green tea, parts prepared by the composite material have faint scent smell of the green tea. In addition, since the dark-green green tea powder serves as a filling agent, many dark color spots appear on the surfaces of cream-colored or gray parts and other light color parts prepared by performing color matching treatment on the prepared composite material.
