According to the motor propelling and controlling system, the motor is adopted for providing propelling power for the system, on one hand, noise can be reduced, and on the other hand, fuel is not necessary, so that environmental pollution is reduced, and the fuel cost is greatly lowered; meanwhile, an electric gear box is adopted for replacing a traditional electric gear box, the efficiency loss can be greatly reduced, and the operating efficiency can be improved; a fluid mechanics principle is applied to the overall design of the main driving cabin body, and thus the optimum hydrodynamic efficiency is obtained.
