Abstract

The underwater gate valve load simulation device comprises a sealedshell, a hydraulic cylinder device, a displacement sensor, a pull pressure sensor and a push-pull shaft, wherein the sealed shell is provided with a pressure-resistant sealed chamber and a connectingthrough hole; the hydraulic cylinder device is arranged in the pressure-resistant sealed chamber and fixed in the sealed shell; the hydraulic cylinder device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder with a two-way hydraulic lock, and the hydraulic cylinder is configured to move forward and backward under the action of hydraulic oil; the displacement sensor is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder; thepull pressure sensor is connected to a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder through a connecting shaft; and the push-pull shaft is connected to the pull pressure sensor. A shell of the underwater gatevalve execution mechanism is connected to the sealed shell, and the push-pull shaft is connected to a moving gate plate interface of an underwater gate valve execution mechanism through the connecting through hole. The underwater gate valve load simulation device can simulate the load of a gate valve during the movement process, is compact in structure and small in volume, can simulate on-off characteristics of gate valves of various specifications and meets test requirements of the underwater gate valve execution mechanism.
