magnetic levitation stator rail, a material conveying mechanism, a braking mechanism, a fixing frame, a
linear motion module, and a vision recognition module; the controller is disposed on the front side of the mounting base; the circular
magnetic levitation stator rail is mounted on the top of the mounting base; several material conveying mechanisms are spaced apart on the inner side of the circular magnetic
levitation stator rail; the braking mechanism is disposed below the circular magnetic
levitation stator rail; the fixing frame is mounted on the rear side of the mounting base; and the
linear motion module is disposed on the top left side of the fixing frame along the front-rear direction. This magnetic
levitation circular conveying device and method can achieve rapid braking during high-speed magnetic levitation circular conveying, shortening the
braking distance, and can achieve precise braking during the conveying of heavier materials, making the material movement position more accurate.
