The method comprises the steps: mixing graphite oxide and N-dimethylformamide uniformly, and adding a polymer, urea and a zinc salt compound to obtain electrospinning solution; pouring the electrospinning solution into a syringe for electrospinning to obtain a composite nanofiber; oxidizing the composite nanofiber in oxygen and transferring the oxidized composite nanofiber to a carbonization furnace, and performing heating and carbonization to obtain a porous composite nanofiber;dissolving the graphene and the porous composite nanofiber in solution and performing the uniform mixing to obtain composite graphite electrode precursor liquid; performing calcination treatment to obtain a composite graphite electrode.
